Hello! I'm testing the new feature in BES 5.0 on public folders. We have a contacts public folder in Exchange. I was able to add the permissions and load the folder on a Blackberry Tour device successfully.

Problem is the address portion of each contact. It repeats itself 3 times, and each time a number of the address drops. Example: the address would be 1234 North Oneway Ave. On the device it will show as: 1234 North Oneway Ave. 234 North Oneway Ave. 34 North Oneway Ave.

Does anyone knows why it's doing that or what do I need to do to fix that?
Any suggestions would be helpful!

I have this same issue on one user. I've wiped device and reloaded latest OS, did NOT do a backup/restore, rather just re-enterprise activated and it came back that way.

Does anyone know how to reset the PIM field mappings on a per user basis?
