I have not had many issues with it.
Only a few use it though.

My point was that I hope that BPS finally gets an update. It's behind; SP4b being the latest.

Got the go for the upgrade.

Setup Couldn't remove a service, Reboot time.

Stop the SNMP service so you dont need a reboot (just found it in past thread)

After reboot ran setup again and it finished.

Services did not restart though.

Gave a reboot since I was feeling lazy.

Since I do not have a BB with data plan
also did a silent test message with this in suject line
<$confirm,removeondelivery> Test BES 123


Now to upgrade the RBBmanager.

I suppose I help off on MR2 too long... After looking at the MR2 and MR3 documentation can I just go from MR1 right to MR3 (looks like I can) or should I just install MR2, then MR3 right after it?
