Um, I have a 2GB card in mine. I previously had a 1GB card in my Curve but picked up a pair of 2GB cards off woot a couple months ago for $10. My smaller card wasn't full. I only have a little bit of music for an emergency (i.e. my iPod battery dies, yes, I prefer my MP3 player separate, I'm strange). Otherwise the card is for storing ringers, photos and wallpapers. I snap lots of pics with my phone. Ha! I have 1.3GB free on my memory card in my Bold.

Has anyone had any issues with the ringtones on the SD card
Not showing up in the list under the profiles? I have to browse for them to find them.

Hey guys, dont know if it helps but something funy happened to me. Ill try to resume what happened.
I bought a 16GB sandisk to my BBB and when i put it on the device it recognize fine but when i plugged on the pc i couldnt open the media card. was really weird cause the BBB recognized and the pc too at first but if i close the media card window i wouldnt find it on the my computer screen. So, not knowing what to do i thought i should try to format the media card on the BBB and it worked after that. Now when i plug it recongnize the media crd and if i close the window i can reopen on the my computer window.
Problem sorted

Default SD Card

16GB SandDisk in the Bold... Had a 2GB card in the 8310 that had stuff from the N95 and the Curve, but still not 'full'... But I figured, what the hell, I will find a way to fill up the 16GB.....

Also my work laptop, a Dell D420 with XP Pro on it would not recognize the card.. But my Personal Laptops.. MacBook Pro and an Asus G1S had no issues..

MacBook Pro OSX 10.5.5

Asus (Dual Boot) Vista Home Premium, OpenSUSE 11.0

Best price I found was on Amazon for the 16GB card. When I bought mine, it was only $66 plus S&H. It may have reduced further by now, you should chewk it out.

I got a sandisk 16gb micro sdhc in mine. Loaded full of movies and music with no complaints. With a 16gb card and 1gb onboard memory, I have more memory then an iphone!

Just put a 16 GB card in my new Bold.

Still can't believe how they can cram so much storage into such a tiny card.

600 odd songs(my entire music collection, don't laugh),7 full length movies,5 random clips,a few hundred stored pics, and I've still got 2.8 gigs left (out of an 8GB card, formatted to 7.6 GB)

Who needs an ipod lol....

I am using an 8gb card (super cheap from Amazon). When the 16gb card drops into the $40 price range, I will order it from Amazon and then put my entire huge music collection on there. My ipod will officially be a thing of the past.
