When I run a network diagnostics test from the Blackberry Torch 9800 I get the following result

Blackberry registration:No
Connect to Blackberry:Abort
And Blackberry PIN-PIN : Abort

My Blackberry is working fine as are other users but mine doesnt give any success in the diagnostics tests - is there a sertting somewhere that is affecting my abil,ity to do a daignostics test.

O2 Tech Support didn't even know there was a network diagnostics test on the Blackberry.

pull battery while on and run it again.

if you did that already, then maybe the BlackBerry dataplan is not on your account.

Had a fiddle and found a solution purely by chance.

Need to go to host routing table.
Select the first entry and select register with network.

All is now well...

First thing any Blackberry user tries is always a battery pull but in this case it didnt work.
