So i forgot my password and user name for my Setup Wizard to add new e-mails... and also forgot my password to get in my password keeper...

how do i reset these or figure out what they are?

call your carrier and ask them to reset your BIS account as you have forgotten your log in details.
not sure about password keeper.

For the first issue, go to your carrier's BIS page, Sprint's is here, and go through the forgot password procedure.

For the second, you may be able to back up you device, wipe it the user data, then restore all but the password keeper and start again. There is no way to recover Blackberry device passwords.

For Password Keeper - just enter the wrong password 10 times and it will wipe out all of its stored data and you can start again.
