Hi All
Is there a way to insert a Device Telephone Number into BES Manually?
I can't find any where to install on the 7250 CDMA.

The BES requires the PIN not phone number.

Got the pin OK wanted to display it's number in the manager for quick reference when billing etc.

With a 4.1 BES you can right click the column headers in the user list and add additional fields. Phone number should be one of them.

This does require that the handheld is also running 4.0 or higher code. All the handheld info is gathered during the enterprise activation.

The problem I have is I can edit the SIM info on GSM devices get the number through BES no worries. on the CDMA no where to put the number so the BES can't pick the info up. I wanted to add the number to the phone field manually. I couldn't find any other way to do it

If ya haven't guessed I am pretty new to the game
