Default Seidio Innocase trouble

Please Login to Remove!

Anybody having trouble with the Innocase for the Bold that Seidio puts out? I had one for my Curve but the upper right hand corner wouldn't lock.

I still liked it and the holster A LOT so I got one for my Bold. Once more, the upper right corner won't lock but now the whole case top just flops around. Is that an issue with all the Innocases or am I just the lucky one?

I'm going to contact Seidio but the Internet filter at work has them blocked out. I'll do it when I get home tonight. I was just wondering if anyone else has had a problem with the cover.

Same thing happened to me. I liked the case too. Still looking for a new one. Maybe casemate

Hey guys,

I'm sorry about the problem you're having with your cases. I pulled some samples and was unable to duplicate the issue you're having, so it looks like you just need a replacement. Please email your contact and original order information to [email address] and I'll make sure you're taken care of.

Thanks,

As for the case-mate, they are a good case, however the leather case/holster combination does not have the sleep function. Just my .02.

Got my Innocase today. It took a couple of tries to get all of the snaps to engage, but I got it securely closed. Very nice piece, amazingly close fit for a hard case.

http://forums.crackberry.com/f120/se...-9000-a-98372/

here is a review i did on crackberry. i had the exact same problem with the case not wanting to snap together just right. i think the back case of the bold (leather) is a little too thick for the case. i had to push the case as far as it would physically go, and then some, to get it to snap together right. i've also got an issue with the bottom being a little bit separated. i posted pics of it all. i had the same problem with the curve case i had as well. i think its just in the design. the space at the bottom i mean.

Quick update:

I went to fill out the RMA on Seidio's website but couldn't find my order number that's required. I emailed them about the problem concerning both the case and the order number using the [email address] and got an answer right away. They took care of everything.

They're sending a new case and I'll send mine back by return mail.

Good customer service!

Default New Question about the case

How easy is it to take off. What I ah noticed about my Bold is that battery pulls are just part of the deal. Is it easy to take the case off and do a battery reset, then put the case ack on?

Thanks,
I lost my order number and receipt for my purchase for the Innocase for my Bold. I dropped it last week and it actually has a small crack in the case (bottom right corner) It now will not stay completely together. Can I get replacement??

Not too hard, but in my case, when I was experimenting with OS upgrades, and had to do battery pulls, eventually one of the tabs broke and the case would not close. I was within the 30 day window, so I got a warranty rma. I now use the program Quick Pull, so I am not doing battery pulls very often if at all. Great case, and service. Just be careful if you are really going to pull your battery alot. This case was not designed to make that easy.

You simply can't beat the level of service you will get from Seidio, and it helps that their products are top notch.

Wirelessly posted

I had a hell of a time getting my Innocase to completely snap together, but I did manage to get it eventually. The case is a really tight fit. Nevr had a problem with the one for my curve though.
