I have setup BESX 5.0.2 on Exchange. However, because it is multi tenant, when I use Blackberry Administration Service to try to add an email from Exchange, it could not find any as it can only find the user I created with hostname, example: but not other emails from other organizations, like .

Could you advise how I can add emails from other organization successfully?
