Hi all,

Recently we migrated from postfix to zimbra.
We have a problem connecting with a Blackberry, we have to fill in some info, like zimbra-specific emailaddress etc
Please check the screenshot(!)

Our domain from outside:
mailserv.example.be
The hostname of our zimbraserver:
zimbramail.gent.example.be

This wizard persistenly refuses our login data & we tried everything.

On the other hand, when I try connecting via mail2web.com via port 143 -> no success.

Or is it impossible to connect this way?

Is there not a possibility to recieve the emails via IMAP on port 143 via BIS (blackberry Internet Service) ??

We only need the emails!

We have the Zimbra Opensoure Edition installed.
