Now that my wife and I have BBs I depend on this site. The same for old Treos on treo central and my oldest daughter's pre (pre central). Is there such a site for advice on non-smart phones? My daughter has a Samsung Exclaim. It has web and email but is not a PDA. Is there such a forum? I am trying to figure out how to get ringtones for her without using the Sprint site.

Yep. Most all large electronic manufactures have either their own user forums now, or at least third party user forums, like this.
