Is there any way to use a 7250 (VZW) as a modem? If so can someone point me in the right direction?

Well actually it works with VZAccess and a cable. The problem thoughis that once you installed it and used it, it always tries to contact the verizon service, even if you are connected to WiFi. (at least I have not been able to turn it of) and it removed my Wifi drivers once i pushed the wrong option.

Are you sure it works? 7250 does not have wifi I don't think. What needs to be installed for it to work? I have no rim software on my machine as I use enterprise server. Thanks

You can now, with the new software, there is a provision which allows tethering, I think it's $15 extra if you have voice, or $30 extra if you don't, but don't hold me to that.

It does. The wifi is on the notebook. You can do either VZAccess or Marks instructions. Both work. The modem driver in windows only goes up to 115k (at least the pull down menu does). Not sure VZAccess but it seems intrusive.
