my bb kept on freezing about 4 or 5 times, and i would have to take the battery out and put it back in, after a few times of this the whole screen would turn white and say 'reset' i would have to press reset for my bb to work again. this has just happened and the screen is now white, but there is no reset on the screen, i have tried taking out the battery and it just doesnt work, how do i fix this its sooooooo annoying.

What did you do with or to the device just before this happened the first time?

Did you drop it? Did it get damp or wet? Did you load a new theme or app?
