Currently, Blackberries are the only phones sold by T-Mo that support full UMA. THe Android phones have a software based VOIP calling program that does not support hand-off. I would guess that instead of maintaining 2 checkboxes, 1 for UMA and 1 for wi-fi calling on the website, they just consolidated it into 1 box called wi-fi calling. As to why the 9900 is included when you check the box, hopefully it is in advance of things to come.
