Oh they are finally in, and they sell the black bezel to replace the silver one seperately as well. Nice.

But wow, have you seen the disassembly vid? I hated taking apart my 8320 but the 8900 looks scarier as you have to take out the antenna connection. My 8900's silver bezel is already all scratched up from a few drops but after watching the video, I really don't feel like taking apart my 8900.

i was watching it a few times and from the looks of it, it seems unnecessary to disconnect the antenna. it looks like its connected from the middle to along the sides; not touching the bezel. but what do i know...i dont even have one yet. it looks way better in black then it does silver.

i ordered mine...along with the cover openers and T6 screw driver..

i watched the video and it looks hard but doable.. and like mentioned above it doesn;t seem like you have to disconnect the antenna wire..
what i don't understand is that the top cover where it says BLACKBERRY just comes off in the video!! i am assuming u have to use the case opening tool?

That video is for a full tear down. Unfortunately I can't tell at which step the ring comes off.

you would only disconnect the antenna, if you needed to get lcd out.

its just 4 clips that removes the face from the housing.

All black gets kind of repetitive sometimes... I think I'm starting to like the gun metal trim.
