Alright, my bf just got approval to go to the conference and we were planning on doing house of mouse Monday if that worked out, so we will definitely be seeing you there. I don't know about lunch. Our flight comes in at 9:30am, but if we hustle, we should be able to make it to the castle in time.

Thumbs up Woo hoo... I'm coming!

So I’ve been following this thread since the beginning and didn't think I could actually make the trip.
Well, guess what… I’m very excited to say that I’m coming! We finally got our WES passes and just booked our plane tickets!

I arrive Sunday and will be staying for the week. I’m definitely up for the partying and bar hopping!

See you guys there!

Yep, I received it. RSVP only event too. I'm really curious on this particular event. I guess we'll see. I'm sure some of the carrier events will run well after 7:00 PM.

Sounds good. We'll prolly be at MK on Monday. Send me or Stu a PIN / Blackberry Messenger note when you arrive at the park. We'll meet at the ring of statues that's in the shadow of the castle. Meet at Goofy. (If you've never been there, you'll know what I mean when you see it.)

Bloody Septics – A derogatory term for Americans. Loosely translated as "Damn Yankees" whereas depending on the context, the phrase might be considered an ethnic slur, but is certainly disparaging.

So check this out... I got 2 e-mails regarding WES this morning.
Email #1: The 1/2 day lab for upgrading from 4.0 to 4.1 is changing. Due to lack of interest, the one I registered for is being cancelled. I was invited to register for another day via the Edit My Registration link from the confirmation e-mail. So I went to edit. Upon editing and submitting, I noticed that the form had automatically registered me for the full 1 day training for $680 also. There was not option to uncheck it. I called WES Registration Services and they are aware of the problem and should have it corrected by the end of the day. If any of you need to edit your registration, be aware that you might get "automatically" registered for something you didn't expect.

Email #2: A nice friendly reminder about preparing for WES. The section labeled "Registration" caught my eye:
"When you arrive at the Orlando World Center Marriott your first stop will be at the WES Registration and Information Desk in the atrium of the convention center. This is the central spot for general questions and picking up your conference materials. Your WES badge provides you access to all conference activities. Registration Opens Sunday at 12:00pm."
Sunday?! That's freakin' AWESOME! Now I don't have to worry about a 7am registration on Monday morning. Woo hoo! That's the dog's bollocks! (props to my new Brit friends; can't wait to learn more colorful metaphors)

It is a breakout session; breaking out of the WES and starting in a bar. The entrance fee is 1 beer per delegate. As we have a crack team of (at least) 4 Brits, and we all know that we need more beer to get drunk that yanks, we will need to impose a minimum atendance of 24 people, or the fee will raise to 3 beers.

Please send your credit card details to stuwhite, Honest SSL Services Inc, c/o House of Mouse.
