I keep getting this popup on my desktop that is trying to install the Roxio Media Manager & I can't get rid of it.

Then a window opens that says "the feature you are trying to use in on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "Roxio Media Manager.msi" in the box below"

Currently in the box it says "C:\Documents and Settings\edgeworthm\Application Data\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\MediaManagerInstall\SR_MM\"

When I try to run 'setup', it says that setup has encountered an error during installation Error Code 0409.

What do i do?

It's officially the worst software ever created... It crashed my computer multiple times and I hate it with a passion.... I don't know how to solve your problem but I wanted to contribute my sentiments.... Roxio should be ashamed of themselves for creating that faulty piece of crap.

Too late probably, but run the desktop software installer and select uninstall. Then do a cold reboot and reinstall, without the media software.

Please do not do that again... Roxio is destroying my credibility on black berry.
I just get this message from the updater.... Is a mess.... do not get inform anywhere about how to avoid this software.
I does not show up on the windows installer... No help at all on the black berry page....
