My Plantronics 510 headset is only sporadically working with my 7100g. I unpaired it, and paired it up again. The battery is fully charged. The problem is that I can mak a call, and the headset works, them I press redial or try another number, and I cannot hear it on the headset, I have to use the phone. Sometimes it seems as though if I back out all the way to my home screen, then press a speed dial # it will work. I miss calls or seem like an oddball, when someone calls me and I am trying to talk trhu my headset, and they are not there - they are on my phone. Any ideas?

What OS are you running on your 7100? You may need to upgrade to a newer version, a lot of people that have had issues with the Bluetooth technology on the 7100 seem to have had those issues resolved once they have changed OS.

I would definitely upgrade to 4.1 OS follow the BlackBerry FAQs at the top of the page for download and installation directions. You will also need to upgrade your desktop manager to 4.1 Several people here that had bluetooth issues have gotten over it after they did the upgrade.
