I cant figure out how my Messages icon disappears when i reboot the BB.. sometimes its there sometimes its just the SMS icon.. but i can recieve my emails but then i have to go in my SMS folder click View folder then Inbox.. i have the Zen theme.. and the Messages Icon is the first on the top Right.. sometimes i have to reboot like 10 times before it comes back... anyways know why or how i can fix this? thx

click on you menu button. now go to the bottom to where it says organize applications. once there the top 4 listed are going to show up on you main screen (aka desktop) click on any one and move it up or down to where ever you want. but remember the top 4 is what going to show.

I understand what you're saying, but when you go into the " MENU " on the 8700 using the Zen theme, there is no " Messages " icon at all. I know how to re-arrange icons, but the Messages icon isn't there at all.

have you tried to remove the theme, and then re-add it again

What type of wallpaper is being used? Maybe that's the issue, no?

I don't think the wallpaper has anything to do with it. What version OS are you using?

Heres a snapshot of the desktop and the wallpaper. No I haven't tried to reload the Zen Theme, but usually when you reboot like 10 times it comes back. OS Version 4.1.0.284

OK Guys I fixed the problem, did a Handheld Wipe in the Security Options and then the Messages icon re-appeared.
