Hi - I just bought the Motorola HS820 and can not seem to get my 7100g to recognize it. I keep going into the Bluetooth properties field, and the paired device fiels is empty. I select 'Add Device', but it never finds it. Any ideas what I may be doing wrong ? Thank you.

Have you put the 820 into detect mode? You have to press the button down for at least 5 seconds until the blue light stays solid. Then try to detect it from the BB. The code to pair it is "0000".
