I think this may be in the wrong section (Bluetooth Connection). Nonetheless. When you say my gprs" -does your BlackBerry show GPRS or gprs on the upper right hand corner of the screen. If it shows gprs it is not connected to the BlackBerry network. If this worked previously, pop out the battery and put it back in. Does it show "Data Connection Refused"?
