"Contacts" issues

New Storm2 user here,
I've only entered a few contacts at this point and reluctant to enter more.
The issue I'm having is that after I enter a contact information, with full address & PIN, it will consolidate the address fields (address2, city, state,zip,country) all into a continuous string in address1 field. Also having issues where it is removing the PIN from some contacts but not others.
Have the latest OS of 5.0.0.320
Wondering if anyone has any insight or solutions for this rather annoying issue.
