Default Please Help Me! :(

Please Login to Remove!

I have only had my BB Curve 8520 for a few months, so I am not very knowledgable...

While on a website recently, I switched applications to send a SMS message. The messaging application froze up, and when I exited, the icon for MMS/SMS had disappeared.

After a reboot, I got the error message: Uncaught Exception Index 9<=9.

No one with my carrier has been able to help. Can someone please provide some insight into this? I am going crazy without functional messaging!

Thanks a million!
Tony

Open your Messages folder > Menu key > Options > Inbox settings.

How is your SMS set in there... to be included in the messages folder or not (checked or unchecked)?
