I can't seem to get my avatar to animate. If I browse out to the animated GIF on a web page it is animated. (http://jkccweb.dyndns.org/bb/images/docks2ya.gif) Is there anything I have to do special in my account when setting up the picture?

You mean as far as the number of kilobytes? If so, is there a limit? I didn't think that one was too big to start with.
