I am a new user to BB, so bear with me, perhaps I dont have some terminology right.

In the past I used a web-based email account with an ISP, it is a POP email account. I used an email client on my desktop the deleted the mail from the server (LMOS OFF).

I have set up my Storm with this email account and it is fetching emails fine and leaving them on the server.

If I delete an email on th Storm and select to delete it from the server when asked, that works fine.

I would really like to have this happen, at the time I check my email from my desktop now and delete the messages off the server, I would like the Storm to then delete them also. I am playing with Reconcile (is that the right tool) cant seem to make that happen.

Some help please?

Reconcile Now works with BES. I don't believe it works with BIS (personal accounts).

The Reconcile option is only for BES not BIS. Also the only public mail services that sync deletes are Gmail and Yahoo.
