Hi,

I am facing this error whenever I switch on my phone. The phone basically stops responding and I am not able to do anything more. Even the cursor doesn't move when I move the track ball. I tried taking off the battery & restarting, tried updating device software, deleted all applications from DM, nothing works. It is very frustrating, any help is very much appreciated. Thanks.
