Default Is ATT Blackberry service down.

Please Login to Remove!

All of my users on ATT Blackberries just got 1000s of delivery failure messages.

Does anyone know if ATT is having issues in the southeast.

Everyone got these:
Sent Date: 08:11 +0000
has not been delivered to the recipient's BlackBerry Handheld.
The returned error status is <GENERAL_ERROR> -----Embedded Message----------End of Embedded Message-----

Have you considered you might have a BES issue? I don't know.

RIM did some BIS maintenance over the weekend, it has all been resolved Sat night.

Well normally that would be the first place I would look but these are all non-BES BBs.

Well, rebooting the device is the best and first thing to do on a BIS service issue.

So AT&T got it right for once.

Default ATT 8820 same problems

receiving no emails or internet service via ATT wireless. Started about a week ago after 5 mos of excellent - okay, satisfactory - service.

The device DOES receive all emails via WiFi and since I'm rarely away from WiFi for long I miss wireless Internet mostly when using Google Maps with my GPS.

Typed with my Itouch in Starbucks.

Default Blackberry / AT&T network down in Southeast?

Hi, I'm new here. Found this forum out of frustration while searching for any clue on the Internet about why our family's 3 blackberry's on AT&T service have been down all day. Started yesterday with random dropped calls. AT&T support center said there's no reported network problems in our area.
Um, I thought that was the point of calling them to report a problem.
