I don't need it based on sender, but by email box recipient...will keep looking for that feature...but all I see is alerting by contact, which will not help.

Need incoming email to to alert. Incoming mail to to NOT alert.

will the address be the same on every email? if so this would work i guarantee it I have it set to alert me three different ways for certain people if my boss sends me email from the bb I have it as one tune if he sends me email from desk it alerts another way.

You're not following....thanks in advance for you patience though..
ALL email is coming from . The critical pages will be sent to . Non-critical emails will get sent to . I want the incoming mail to to alert, and incoming email to be silent.
If I set incoming mail from to alert it will alert me even if it's sent to h is frequent messages that don't require alerting.

What if I setup only 1 email on my blackberry - the account, and set all mail to alert. Then I can add my imap mail for , check it, then remove the email account from the bb? That way the only thing on there at night is email and I can set all emails to alert?
How tough is it to add/remove imap email accounts from the bb?

The solution was already mentioned above on how to do this with Filters.

You would need to setup two different filters and configure the profile on your Blackberry. This should only take a few minutes to setup.

Through the Web Client go to filters and add the following:

1) If Sent To/Cc contains me@work.com Forward messages to handheld

2) If Sent To/Cc contains me@bb.net Forward messages to handheld with Level 1 notification

On your BlackBerry you would setup your profile to have Messages vibrate and Level 1 Messages ring at max volume.

Any email sent to would vibrate and anything sent to would ring.
