So I got a .mp4 file to work but the video playback is a lot slower than the audio. I think it's because the BB can only do 30 fps and the movie (Zoolander) must be a lot faster.

Does anyone have any good video experience where the sound matches the video? And if so, what kind of files are they are where/how did you get them?

Why would this movie be faster than 30fps? NTSC standards only call for 24fps and broadcast tv 30fps. I think the problem is in the encoding the file itself. You may want to re-encode the file in a different container and see if it improves.
