Default Messages reappear in inbox !!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

One of the users on our BES is very good at filing messages !! they only have about 10 emails in their inbox at any one time.... THey have been using their BlackBerry for quite a number of months so have filed lots of messages - this worked fine.

UNTIL !

There was a problem on the device and a collegue of mine resent the service books to the device. At that moment all emails that were previously files moved back to the inbox !!! this then reconciled with their Domino mail file and the same thing appeared there.

I have no idea why and there are some strange messages that I have never come across before in the MAGT log :

Wow that's some scary stuff. Can't help for now, but maybe change "conflict: device wins" to "conflict: mailbox wins" for the future?

We have the same problem. Per RIM it is our email archiving software Zantaz. But who knows. the problem is sporadic.
