Tethering with Bell Mobility BlackBerry

I'm fighting with my Bell Mobility 7250 trying to get it to tether with my laptop. After installing the 4.1 BlackBerry OS I can now connect and authenticate on the network, my laptop receives an IP address and DNS settings but I cannot ping anything on the Internet.
Could someone with a Bell Mobility 7130e setup for tethering post the IP/DNS settings that you're given by the network? I'd like to compare to what I am receiving:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Description . . . . . . . . . . . : WAN (PPP/SLIP) Interface
Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-53-45-00-00-00
Dhcp Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 10.131.19.14
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.255
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 10.131.19.14
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 198.235.216.130

NetBIOS over Tcpip. . . . . . . . : Disabled
This list can be produced by opening a Command Prompt window (click Start, Run and type "cmd") and running the command "ipconfig /all"
Thanks in advance.
