Default Q10 Won't Maintain Passwords.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Multiple times per day, for no reason, my Q10 disengages from my office's server. I need to always re-enter passwords, and it's rare that the passwords work in connecting the Q10 to our server. I have to meet with our IT guy for him to reset the entire unit. The phone is only a few months old. Is it software? Is it T-Mobile? It's going to be a clay pigeon soon if I can't get it fixed. Thanks in advance if someone knows what the issue is.

Since last week my Q10 is forgetting 2 of my POP accounts once per day.

It is possible your carrier is either delaying the packet or making errors. If your entering the password each time, from my experience I make about 3 mistakes every time I try to login. I simply attribute it to fat fingers syndrome. Unless your both having keyboard issues anything is possible.
