hi all

i backup my blackberry, before in outlook, (my contact list)

i need do a wipe handled (erase my blackberry phone), for configure the BES service.

i connect my blackberry and sync, but erase my contacts(the syncronisation), how recover?????

checked the sync settings and its ok?
in adress book, have <-> (sync in both sides), before i do the wipe my blackberry was configured in spanish language, then when i do the wipe i setting my BB in english language i added 3 contacts and then sync the BB with the Desktop, now in my deskop, have, 3 contacts :( before i have 1700 so so :(
how recover the data in my BB or in Microsoft Outlook.

Hate to break it to ya but you might be looking at the panic option unless you have a file back up from the BlackBerry (.ipd) I think it is? or an Outlook back up in some form .pst, .csv etc. Without either and the sync wiping out both during the process your probably SOL...

i found 2 ipd files:

LoaderBackup-(2007-06-28).ipd 4421 Kb
and

dbpers.ipd 1kb

and

outlook.pst 48 kb

how try recover the data?
