I have installed Yahoo messenger and my phone is connected to a BES server and i want to know if my conversations will be audited when chatting on Yahoo messenger.

Yes, they can log it IF they choose too. It may not be automatically logged.

A bit of a caveat to this one ... BES out of the box has no capability to log Yahoo Messenger conversations. BES admins can restrict usage of this client, and if they wanted to log convos a 3rd party product would need to be purchased.
