Default Can one company transfer/sell their BES CAL's to another?

Please Login to Remove!

I work for a Service Provider that manages a BlackBerry environment for a multi-national company (7 BES servers globally and 4,500 users).

The multi-national has chosen another Service Provider to deliver email and BlackBerry services.

Over the past 6 years, we have purchased the BES CAL's and have sold the BlackBerry service as a monthly charge (we have been told subsequently by RIM that what should have happened was the that the multi-national should have purchased the CAL's and not us).

The incumbent Service Provider is standing up a new Email/BlackBerry environment and would like to purchase the CAL's from us.

Is this legally possible?
