In the UK here and emails to my handheld over BIS now deliver to it immediately while emails to my handheld over BES are now delayed by just 5 mins before they arrive. That's the quickest BES has been for receiving on the handheld since before Tuesday evening when the RIM outage spread from BIS only to BIS and BES due to backlogs. Nearly back to normal.
This evening emails both to and from my 75 BES handhelds deliver immediately. When Blackberry announced that everything was back to normal at 12.30 BST we were still experiencing delays in emails/PIM changes being delivered to our handhelds. 6 hours later everything is back to normal.
