Hi all! My bold is barely 3 months old, but I have discovered that the 2 oval-shaped "buttons" on both sides near the bottom of the device have begun to form many small 'dots' which cannot be removed by wiping. I am wondering if it's due to the perspiration from my hands which have 'tarnished' the coating. I would really appreciate some advice on removing those dots, if they aren't permanent.

Those are the charging contacts for use with the charging pod. You can try using a very fine wire brush to try remove build-up. I would not advise using any chemical solvent in case it gets inside and eats up something it shouldn't
