maybe they already have a shipment, and they have to wait until they are officially released to the public. tiger said that they will be shipping them out the same day that they are launched, I find that hard to believe, but who knws any more.

They have no devices. They would likely not get them any sooner than your local company AT&T store. I think if you are going to pay full retail, you need to be buying from a store with full refund privilages to be safe.

If you put one in your shopping cart and begin the checkout process, it does say ETA: September. Warranty/Exchange does not bother me too much. I can get pretty persuasive if there is a problem with it and they do not want to take it back.

BUT, look at this: The estimated delivery date for the entire order is Dec 26, 2008.

That is on the checkout page, after you update the shipping charges. WTF?!
