BIS on AT&T in Northern New Jersey seems to be down. Not receiving emails and unable to sign in to att.blackberry.net

As JSanders mentioned, BBM seems to be going strong. I've been receiving an email here and there, but nowhere close to the amount that were in the actual inboxes when I checked.

On the plus side, the device is able to connect to BIS through email settings now. It wasn't able to when I checked a few hours ago. Baby steps in the right direction are better than no movement at all I suppose.
