Default BIS Outage 9-8-09 ???

Please Login to Remove!

I am on VZ in Allentown PA, and currently receiving emails from gmail 30 minutes after they hit on my PC, and not receiving any of my other inboxes as some of my other BB buddies in NJ have asked if I could see if I got their email, they are ATT. Anyone know if there is an outage??

I have a client, also on AT&T Chicago area, that is not receiving emails. His account says his email is OK and his service books have been resent twice. I was wondering the same thing regarding some type of service outage.

Check first if the client can send or receive a PIN message to or from another BlackBerry.

It helps also to state your location and whether BIS or BES in assessing if there is an outage, so that others can compare apples to apples.

I thought I had an issue from 1:30 - 2:30 EST. I pulled my battery and back in business

Same problem here in Mississauga, Ontario
noticed that about 10% of my Bell BB users on the BES would not forward (have one on Telus not forwarding but not sure if its related). Called Bell Tech and they informed that there is an intermittent Data Outage with no ETA on resolution.

Crappy service in Fort Myers, FL with Verizon. Very slow or no emails most of the day. How do you resend the service books? I have the Tour!

Are you showing a capital or lowercase 1X/1XEV?

I would try a battery pull. If that doesn't work, sure give them a call.
