could someone please give me the escalation procedure at RIM, people sitting on support email address are not enough to handle my issue and they do not answer of my questions, anyone has email address of higher authorities

I have cleared the exam and they asked me to retake, i did again and passed the exam. Now they said still they have issue. I did lots of communication on but useless.

One suggestion, please learn the RIM technology and support but do not go for BB Certification.
RIM has started another way of earning the money by rejecting the certification of candinates even though candinates passed the exam saying that they have some man made which can not be a wrong automated exam to review the exam results. No one is perfect in this world and they how can they rely on system made by humun beings.
