Default Mail Items Not Deleted On BB Phone

Please Login to Remove!

When deleting an item from Outlook and then deleting it from the deleted items folder or using shift+delete then the item is not removed from the message folder on the BB phone. I have also just noticed that if you mark an item as read and then delete it from Outlook inbox then the item sometimes remains in the inbox of the BB and doesn’t get moved to the deleted folder on the BB. Even after running a Reconcile on the BB the above two cases are not resolved.
I have received feedback from mu service provider on this and the suggestion was to resend the Service Book and IT Policy from the BES and then remove the battery from the phone however this did not resolve the issue either.

Any suggestions
