Default Device PIN change

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user who installed desktop manager and connected his device and was promoted to change the device pin the messaging system was confiugred to. His connected device had different PIN than one configured. Now he can receive but not send mail from his device. We are using BES. Any suggestions? Thanks.

have the BES admin delete and add the user back in, and make sure it detects the right pin this time
