Default BB 8310 camera problem

Please Login to Remove!

Hi!

How to fix this? check this link below and see what's happend, i have a same problem, i try with OS updated, pressing the part where the camera is, and trying to hard rester, but unsuccessfully.

All worked well until a few days ago when it itself stopped working...
any help is appreciated.

Try a battery pull first. Otherwise I could consider upgrading to a more recent version of the OS.

Yes i try to pull battery out, no effects! and i have a latest software update (4.50.0.188)...but still don't work..

Hmmm that's weird. Has the device been dropped lately? Or might have gotten wet?
