Are there any free apps ? Every single app ive looked at it cost money. Im coming from the iPhone world and over there were some free apps all the good ones cost money of course but for the blackberry are there any free apps ? If so where can I find them.

yes, there are MANY free apps.
look at app world for BB.
can be downloaded from blackberry browser at BlackBerry App World i believe.

also googling can find many.
also look at the aftermarket software forum here.

It probably did because you downloaded viiga, you should try viigo, excellent app and one that has rave reviews within the BlackBerry community.

I'm an AT&T rep, but everything on my Bold is a free app except for one theme I paid for and then didn't like.

There are more free apps out there than you can add to one BB. Try them, and remove what you don't like.

Running Viigo just fine, and have been for months. Also some great GPS trackers out there.

Same as above, I have tons of free apps.

Just need to slow down, take your time and look for what you want.

In what way did "viiga" mess up your phone? I've been using Viigo (is that what you meant?) for a year or more... love it and it has yet to mess up my phone. (FWIW, I have run it on an 8800, 8310 and a Bold all with nary an issue.)

I've had viigo on 8100, 8320, 8800, 8820, 8900 and now 9000 all without any hitch.
