Do you have another blackberry to try the charger on? If not do you know anyone that would let you check your charger on there phone? It might not be anything to do with the phone it might be just the charger is dead and needs to be replaced. Even if you know some one with another blackberry charger that is a Micro USB if thats what RIM calls it, just to try it on your phone? If your charger won't charge another phone, it might be that the charger is no good, If it does then your problem might lay with in your phone it's self.

The best time to charger a blackberry is when the battery runs so low that it shuts off your mobile network radio. thats the best time to charge a phone and every so often let the battery run completely dead to cycle the battery. Do you have another blackberry to try the charger on?
Remove the battery and put to charge (wait up to 2 min), the screen should appear a symbol (crossed battery) meaning no battery.
Please give more details about how you trying to charge.
