I recently got a 7250 and unfortuantely the volume is too low. I have a moderate hearing loss and need more volume. I use the vibrate mode which solves the problem when I'm carrying it. However this doesn't help when I'm asleep. I'm an emergency responder and this thing needs to be loud enough to wake me up. Which models have the highest volume? Thanks.

They're about as loud and shrill as a 7250 ringtone can be.

In addition to using the loudest ringtone you can find, you might change the "Out of Holster" setting to "Vibrate+Tone." Then when you go to sleep, place the 7250 on an overturned cooking pan. You could experiment with different pots, pans, and aluminum cooking trays to determine which one makes the biggest racket when the 7250 vibrates.

Between the shrill ringtone and resonating pan, you could be jumping several feet into the air, so you may want to avoid bunk beds.
