JC, this tip is really awesome, and the SyncToy 2.0 works great... BUT when I connect my BB it happens anything (no autosync)... Do you have an idea why? (I have Windows XP)

Thank you for the post, worked great for about a day; then the desktop manager was updated (v5.0.1) and drive letters were removed, making SyncToys unable to "see" the blackberry - any ideas?

Thanks.

Wirelessly posted (BB 11020)

Plug in your BB and then right click on My Computer and go to Manage. Then click on Disk Management. You can reset drive letters there.

Thanks for the reply - it didn't work! Mainly because I don't know how to operate this thing. I had followed directions to the tee, and used the wrong name for the SyncToys folder (they took the beta out), and then somehow changed the mass storage on connect to "no" thereby making it impossible to assign drive letter.

thanks for the info. . . it lead me down the right path!
