I have had two friends with Tmobile and Cingular both check those links out from their BB, and they are working fine on theirs? have you tried refreshing your browser before download? I mean, pull the page up, you see the link, then click the wheel, go to "refresh" and select that, the page will reload and then try to download, lemme know how that works for you.

If you continue to have issues there is a trouble shooting forum link on the website.

I have no problem playing the two Butch Walker ring tones on my 8700c. I'm using the Internet Browser and they place just fine.

I also have loads of ringtones from this site on my BB and they play perfectly.

Are you getting the player on your screen when you get the link to the tone?
