My BB Tour 9630 that I bought used originally with Telus but unlocked for Fido is having problems. Making phone calls is fine but when it comes to receiving, it won't work. Instead it reboots.

I've tried Downgrading from 5.0 to 4.7 OS
Battery Pull-out
security wipe out

nothing seems to be working at the moment.

Suggestions?

Rim does not list any problems with rebooting on received calls so my guess is that the core OS is corrupted or you have an application that is conflicting. If you have any added ringtones or applications that are designed to do something on a received call I would try deleting it ,pull the battery and see if that helps.

Looks like a software glitch, go to advanced option, application and remove the application you dont need, use only default theme.
