Agreed. The biggest downfalls for me were...
Speed of generating and downloading maps
No data downloads if on phone calls
No voice prompt if on phone calls
No data downloads if out of area
Runs down phone battery quickly
Interface not as refined as my Garmin
With that said, it is convenient but not enough to justify $10 per month. It's worth more like $5 per month....
